Alvaro Negredo has admitted Gary Neville was always going to struggle at Valencia after taking charge of the Spanish club in its "worst moment" last December.
The former Manchester United full-back took up his first managerial role at the Mestalla just under 12 months ago but only lasted 28 matches before being sacked.
Negredo, though, believes there were a number of factors behind his failure in La Liga - including his inability to speak Spanish.
